Freesi receives a major public grant accelerating international growth

We are happy to announce that Freesi has been awarded a Young Innovative Company funding on 22.3.2022. The funding is awarded by Business Finland -the Finnish innovation funding, trade, investment, and travel promotion organization, fully owned by the Finnish Government. This notable milestone is expected to accelerate significant international growth.

Young Innovative Company funding is intended for startups with high business potential that have been in operation for less than five years. As Business Finland states on their website: “For the Young Innovation Company funding, we select promising startups that can rapidly scale up internationally and already have significant net sales and evidence of growing international business.” Young Innovative Company funding enables FREESI to invest in the growth of international business and, in addition, strengthen the team, develop international growth strategy, and target new markets.

We are very grateful and excited for the opportunity to accelerate the international expansion of Freesi indoor climate management. Our team strongly feels that everybody has a right to a healthy and comfortable indoor climate.Freesi is currently being deployed to two dozen cities all over the world and we already have the capacity to deliver anywhere in the world. Now it’s up to our client team to reach out to property owners and managers, industry partners, and tenants who have set ambitious ESG targets and are aspiring to become better indoor climate managers for their building portfolio.
