FreesiCloud™ ↔ Buildercom Service Request Integration

Insights you make in FreesiCloud are transferred via the integration to Buildercom’s BEM maintenance book as service requests. Comments and attachments between the systems are also synchronized. This reduces manual work, speeds up response times, and ensures that indoor-environment-related tasks are handled systematically and transparently.

In addition, service requests sent from Freesi are returned to Freesi for validation, allowing measured data to confirm that issues are truly resolved. At the same time, user satisfaction is improved by communicating completed corrections directly to facility users through Freesi.

For current Buildercom and Freesi users, implementing the integration is smooth, cost-effective, and fast.
