FreesiCloud™ update 15.4.2026 – Key Updates You’ll Want to Know

Product Update 16.4.2026

On 15 April 2026, we released a new update to the FreesiCloud service. This update focuses on user feedback and introduces new tools for handling and reporting it. Additionally, with this update, FreesiCloud Control Room handlers can handle multiple alerts within a single insight ticket.

Occupant Feedback Handling Tools

The tool helps you analyze, prioritize, and handle feedback from your occupants efficiently. This allows you to identify issues more quickly, improve communication with users, and support the continuous development of indoor air quality and overall user experience.

The tool is part of a broader occupant feedback solution that enables you to:

  • Handle most feedback easily and quickly
  • Escalate actual issues for further action
  • Keep your occupants informed about the work being done for their benefit
  • Report on and monitor the user experience in your facilities

Occupant Feedback Reporting Tools

With this tool, you can analyze feedback trends, identify recurring issues, and gain a better understanding of how users experience indoor air quality and the comfort of your facilities.

Occupant Feedback Reporting Tools replace the current “User Satisfaction” report and are part of a broader user feedback solution in FreesiCloud.

Handling multiple alerts within a single insight-ticket

Handling multiple alerts within a single insight-ticket is especially useful in situations where the issue is complex or affects a larger area, such as the entire coverage area of an AHU or a tenant space.

By handling alerts within a single insight-ticket, you gain a clearer overall picture of the situation, can target corrective actions more effectively, reduce the digital workload of facility maintenance, and conveniently consolidate all related data, decisions, and documentation in one place.
