FreesiCloud™ ↔ Granlund Manager Service Request Integration

With the integration, insight tickets generated by Freesi are transferred directly to the Granlund Manager maintenance log as service requests. Comments and attachments between the systems are also synchronized in real time. This reduces manual work, speeds up response times, and ensures that tasks related to indoor conditions are handled systematically and transparently.

In addition, service requests sent from Freesi are returned to Freesi for validation, allowing measured data to confirm that issues are truly resolved. At the same time, user satisfaction is improved by communicating completed corrections directly to facility users through Freesi. 

For current Granlund Manager and Freesi users, implementing the integration is smooth, cost-effective, and fast.
