On September 8, 2025, we released an update to FreesiCloud. The new features make handling of insight tickets smoother and easier than ever. In addition, indoor air analysis is strengthened thanks to customizable threshold values, new API interfaces, and broader data sources.
FreesiCloud ↔ Granlund Manager Service Request Integration
With the integration, insigh tickets generated by Freesi are transferred directly to the Granlund Manager maintenance log as service requests. Comments and attachments between the systems are also synchronized in real time. Custom Thresholds in FreesiCloud

We now support data integration with the Milesight Development Platform. This enables the use of Freesi’s indoor air management tools with Milesight’s measurement devices. The collaboration strengthens Freesi’s extensive network of international measurement device partners.
Siemens Building X integration
We now support data integration with the cloud-based, AI-powered platform Siemens Building X. This enables the use of Freesi’s indoor air management tools in Siemens Building X sites. The collaboration strengthens Freesi’s integration ecosystem and supports the international needs of our customers.
Freesi External API enhancements
Our External API just got better! With new APIs and query methods, you can now combine your own data with Freesi’s quality metrics and KPIs—empowering you to create tailored solutions and gain even more value from your building data.
